Despite being a nice photograph, this entry does not fall within the parameters of this weeks challenge. That being said, I must judge this photograph accordingly. :-( |

I appreciate all of your comments - they are right on target and I will apply them in the future. This was my second entry and my score went up, so I am very pleased. |

Sorry but something about the coloring in this image just seems wrong, the strong purple cast of the water and green on the stones. Whatever it is its not to my taste anyway. |

Meets the challenge and could be good, but you have some severe technical problems.
The photo isn't level, which is very distracting.
The exposure in the opening is not good; it'd be nice to see more of the walls.
Most importantly, your color balance is way off... The moss is electric green, the water is purple, and so forth... You may have had the wrong white balance setting on the camera?
If I were taking this shot I would (a) fix the color problem and (b) move into the tunnel so it just frames the opening at the far end - not include the nearer opening in the shot. But that's just my opinion... |

The colour adjustments seem really harsh to me. The purple might be an interesting accent by the green overpowers what looks, to me, like it should be a peaceful, calming scene. |

symmetry is here but could be stronger. the rocks, angle of stream, branches on left side and brick pattern weakens the symmetrical theme. besides that, i like brilliant colors, contrast and composition. |

Sadly for me this photo is not working because of the overprogress. The water is magenta and to much color noise. |

just a bit over-saturated , would have looked great with more antural colors, or might be my monitor |

I don't care for the intensified colors. Also the image is not very symmetrical. |

A good choice of subject, but you have been a bit too agressive in post-editting. Of particular note, I would revisit the photo and substantially tone down the saturation. |

To much saturation with the greens. Wish you could have gotten rid of the couple of stray bits of greenery on the left. Otherwise the comoposition of this shot is great! My son Damian loves this shot. |

The radical colors do nothing for me. |
