 A 5-day old Irish Wolfhound puppy. I assisted at his whelping and got to puppysit the litter for the first week. This guy weighed 19 ounces when born; his mom weighs about 140 pounds and he will be 170+ when full grown. Hard to believe. That's his mom's leg he's resting on.

PP - cropped, increased contrast slightly, USM, cloned out a few bits of dust on his fur, diffusion filter, blurred area on top left of background to minimize light spot, copied image and pasted as a new layer with 50-pixel soft edge, increased brightness and gamma on base layer, merged, added border, resized.

The very bright spot to the left of the photo is very distracting. Other than that very cute.
