Nice emphasis on details. The intricate threading on the compass nicely mirrors the intricacy of the detailed definition. The selective focus works well to guide the eye. Might be stronger if the image displayed more to the right and less to the left since the definition on the left is in sharp focus and has nothing to do with pi.

there's a hole where the compass was placed :( otherwise, great idea

too bad you had to damage the word with the compass point - well constructed, though could have used more of the definition showing
