Greetings from the Critique Club :)
This photo definitely meets the challenge with no problems. The water is the dominant theme in the image.
I can't really put my finger on what it is about this photo that makes me struggle though. It may be the composition. It may also be the background color. The brown in the background doesn't seem to complement the color of the flowers in any way. This could have been a good opportunity to consider the benefits of primary/secondary color combinations and how they work together to produce pleasing images.
I think the composition may seem uncomfortable because it is horizontal. The water spray is flowing along the short direction. If this composition was vertical, the flow of water through the scene could possibly be more appealing :)

| Is that really ice or glass or plastic that looks like ice? The water droplets make a very effective pattern and work well with the basic shape. |

| Oh my gosh this wonderful, you captured the essence of water with this one, giving the illusion of rain in the background and the flower, the only give away to me that this was not actually rain was the flower appeared to be silk to me, anyway you pulled this off really well, good luck. |

| the lighting seems a bit harsh. i am not sure, but it looks like a flash was used and it created a lot of hot spots. better use of lighting would definetly help your shot. |

| There are some interesting shapes and nice colors, but I'm not sure where to direct my attention; there is no center of interest. I also find the short diagonal lines distracting. |

| I tried to capture frozen ice in my photo submission too, and I found it wasn't as easy as it looked.....your effort is very nice!! |
