I took this picture last Friday in a Camera Fair in one of the malls here in Bangkok. Why a woman? Well, she's pretty so they used her as a model. When I thought about the challenge, I look at this as symbolic because women usually give an extra mark to a suitor who has "wheels". That's how it is here in Asia.

Greetings from the Critique club

Great shot.

I would agree with most of the comments that the border is too heavy for this image.

You need a lot more photo to support that kind of treatment.

The image itself is wonderful. Your composition and use of the existing light is excellent.

I would suggest that to clean up the image by cloning out the background area by her arm would elevate the image even more. That area is distracting from the smooth lines of her body.
I might have left a bit more room on the right to give a little space behind her head.

All in all a fantastic shot

I gave you a "7" on this shot. I believe that the framing overwhelms the entire composition. The composition is interesting and fairly nice to look at but the borders seem to take over the shot.

The sweeping angle of the handlebars is something I really like in the shot. It makes your eyes look from the top of the shot toward the bottom.

The lighting at the event like most events are not the most disirable. A little more contrast on the girl would really help to make her pop out of the shot. Seems quite dark at the moment.

The blueish light helps to give something to focus in on in the shot and looks really nice.

Nicely composed and nice pose of your model. The tones don't quite look right though. You did a great job of getting the metal look of the handlebars without terrible reflections, but the girl looks too... (red maybe?) Oh and your border is overbearing and really detracts from the image. It's the first thing I noticed.

The model is pretty, the lighting, color and detail very fine....wow does the frame kill this one for me..... it really distracts me from the image.

the border is overwhelming, IMO. Good comp, & lighting.

And to a man's heart. You got my attention, like the blue light reflecting on the body. Good contrast as well.

I guess then my bike would be the way to a man's heart? LOL I think more of the bike and the girl is needed but your did the light control well.

Beautiful. The lighting really makes this work.
