Greetings from the critique club. First I'd like to say that I love the angled approach to the challenge, it leads me up to a nice point and leads me no where, hence you met the challenge well. I wish you had found a spot where the foreground wasnt as busy, the "stain" or whatever it is in the foreground is a bit captivating as a viewer and takes my attention from the leading point. Overall I like the desat/B&W conversion and the toning of the photo. Scored about where I think it should have.

Nice B&W shot. I find the title a little distracting though.

I can't wait to see the comments you've rec'd on this one. :) Very creative vanishing point illusion created here. Great eye to see and capture it, thick skin and courage to enter it. It's a little OOB for me personally but I like the direction you've taken and this photo has found it's way near the top of my voting results for this challenge. I voted several days ago, so sorry - you won't see a jump after this comment. :D

Best of luck to you in the challenge.

I love this one! Love the big lines/small lines combination... even the crack goes towards the "vanishing point"... great composition and good choice on the B/W.

I think what I like about this is that it goes against what I would expect to see. Nice.

Very cool photo. Almost like a reverse vanishing point. Are you related to M.C. Escher or something?? ;)

nice B/W conversion ... love the texture ... not really the technical definition of 'vanishing point' but it works well here ...
