 Well it's getting hot around here and it just seemed that beer was a natural extension of smoothness... thouh I'd go for a Stella Artois over a Tsing Tao any day, but around here there ain't much selection to be had!

Studio photography:

# Vertical softbox on 800watt strobe placed behind the bottle at about 45 degrees.

# Blind on the right hand side of the camera to create black line on the left side of the bottle.

# Bottle standing on top of a can of spray paint (white cap) to avoid reflections of the table on the glass.

# Water droplets are from a bottle of studio glycerin.

Retouching:

# RAW file tweaking (levels/contrast/lightness/white balance) + convert to TIFF @ 300dpi

# Minor clean-up, pretty much straight from the camera.

# Levels, unsharp mask, a bit of burning to get more shadow on the droplets.

# size/save/quit

i like the beer bottle and the fact that it is sweating makes it much more cool

Very nice! The green of the bottle plays well against the white background. I also like the way the lighting is implemented.

The only suggestion I have is to give thought to filling the empty space on the bottle immediately below the sing tao lettering. A label of some sort or perhaps a quick spray or two from a water bottle?
