Greetings from the Critique Club
Welcome to DPC. I see this is just your fourth entry in a Challenge!
I liked your approach with the black and white image to give the bridge that 'old time' quality. The voters liked your image quite well, but it probably just didn't have that extra 'pop' that would give it a high score. Still, it worked well for the Challenge. One of your commenters said a different crop might have improved the image. I don't know it if would actually improve the iamge, but I also like the idea of moving the crop in towards the main attraction - the bridge. It would, I think, center the interest of the viewer.
All in all, though, a good image that scored well, and met the challenge.
I'll be looking forward to seeing more of your work in future Challenges. |

Good picture, like the black and white and the bridge.
This might work better as a "portrait" crop, leaving out most of the things beside the bridge. |
