I wonder how this might look with some more contrast? Neat shot. |

Yes, I'd say it is. :) This is a well done photo overall. For vanishing point I'm not sure how well it works with you posed in the composition. It kind of makes the viewer stop and slow down to rest on the person, rather than continuing into the vanishing point. JMO of course. Good luck in the challenge. |

Great pic! Hard to find a structure that long! But I'm wondering if the guy is too much... maybe not. |

I like it too. Very nicely composed. |

I like the compositon on this one. It's a little different being that it's not right down the center. |

This is very nice. Great example of a VP. |

This shot deserves a better title. Excellent lighting and shadows. Only negative is that my eyes can't decide if the focal point is the vanishing point or the guy. Regardless, this is a superb shot. |

I think this would have been more dramatic if there was no one in the picture- very nice shot |

honestly, the picture would probably get bumped up 2 points from me by not having a person in it. Eyes are drawn there first, then down the lines. feels like it might also need a slight clockwise rotation. 6 |

This was in the free study, wasn't it? I remember really liking it; I think I even commented. I'll go check after I've voted!
Anyway, this is a very compelling space; the soft arches are wonderfully offset by the hard concrete and railings, wonderful lines and shadows. I'm not certain the image is improved by the figure being there; I almost prefer the space on it's own - but I understand why you went with it.

I've found the people in most of the other submissions to this challenge to be distracting. Here, I tend to like what he adds. |
