 My oldest cat, Yoda, who has lovely blue eyes...levels, curves, desat using channel mixer, selected eyes to use selective color adjustment layer, usm using lab color, cropped.

Love that the eye color is soft and slightly muted as opposed to bright and in your face. Great portrait.

I highly doubt the cat's eyes are really blue considering the fact that the light shine in it's eye isn't white.. Looks colored over to me.. Either way it's an okay photo.
