 Macro shot using reversed 50mm f/1.8. A ladybird on my computer mouse. I do not know what the stuff stuck to the ladybird is. It flew away after a few shots.

Lighting: A flash 90 degrees camera left.

Post processing: RAW. Had to do some spot editing (need to clean mouse a bit...). Black and white conversion, channel mixer with 100% green. Levels to set the black point and the white point. Curves for more contrast.
