I'll have to comment on the fact that you took a picture of some tiles rather than on something else. If you constructed this bird, then good job, but stick to traditional means of photography.
If someone else constructed this bird, I sure hope you're crediting them somehow in the image details..

The only reason I don't like it is because it's a picture of a picture. It just doesn't seem very original to me.

Dont really like the subject,took me a while to realise it was a photo of a mural. It doesn't really show 'desaturation' very well to me.

Sorry. I just don't care for this. There's no interaction between photo and viewer possible other than 'oooh - a bird'. Not meaning to offend, that's just my reaction.
