Challenge: Selective Desaturation II (Advanced Editing V)
Collection: 2007
Camera: Sony DSC-T10
Location: Louisiana
Date: May 18, 2007
Aperture: F3.5
ISO: 80
Shutter: 1"
Date Uploaded: May 19, 2007

Selected the key then desaturated. Rotate, levels, cropped and resized. The picture is much warmer in color to me. I mainly wanted to show the worn look of the key and door but thought seeing the flowers would add depth to the scene.

strange disorienting composition. selective desat aids in disorientation instead of clearing things up (which would be boring). 9

With that title, especially, I expected the inside of the home to be in color, bright and welcoming and in sharp contrast to the world outside. As it is it doesn't look any more appealing inside than out.

Like the colour, like the closeness but IMO the flower pot is a little distracting.
