Perhaps you intended the fence to be out of focus, but I would like it better in focus. The reason being - even though the subject is highlighted in color, the fence acts as an important detail in the telling of the story. She is isolated in her own world and the fence is what she is hiding behind. Because of that emotional connection, I feel it would work better. Like the shot a lot.

Very nice, I would have desaturated the tree in the background too though, so that there would be color only inside the fence.
