I really like the pose and the lighting.... I would probably take the pink cast off of the background.... lovely shot!

Nice composition, simple but effective. I like the single eye, and the blue eyeshadow compliments the red very well. Well lit, but the white background appears to have taken on a warm color cast, which you might want to lighten a bit so it doesn't compete with her flesh tones as much.
