Lovely symbolism imparted in a very realistic way. Congrats on the new PB, but you'll beat it again quite soon, I'm sure. |

Congratulation on your PB. This is a wonderful composition. The reflection on the memorial seems like the ones who were lost are looking back on the ones who are left without them -- a connection between the living and the dead. Perhaps that's what you meant by the title. Very evocative.

Congrats on your new personal best score, and welcome to Team Suck! :) I didn't know there was a traveling version of the wall - thanks for showing me. |

I like the idea very much, but the reflection of a taller man doesn't do anything for the pic. Don't suppose you could do much about that though. |

IMO I think you shot this at the wrong time of the day. The bright sunlight says snapshot all over it, along with the reflections on the wall. |

without the reflection in the wall this should be an image without a strong element. 7 |

Interesting shot. Did you set it up to have the boy looking at the man in the reflection, or was that just coincidence? It's a nice image regardless, but if you set it up like that, it may have been more powerful if the man in the reflection was wearing a soldiers uniform. Just a thought. |

Very much like the boy and the reflection; not sure about the second person reflected as I think it takes away from the poignancy a bit. |

I like this a lot - if the reflection of the lady? would not be there this would really be an imaginative capture. 8 |
