Greetings from the Critique Club
Well, you had me laughing! Both now and during the Challenge when I first met this image.
It's a delightful idea and you've executed it quite well. AND you got a comment from the original himself. Not a bad haul for one image.
Okay, down to business: I very much like the composition, and the theme, and the background. (but) On my monitor, at least, the figures are not exactly sharp. And in something like this, where there is no pressure, no movement, etc. sharpness is really helpful. (A tripod or a good brace for your camera is a help in such a situation. )
In any event, you have a keeper here, one you can certainly enjoy as many of your DPC team-mates have as well.

I am a self-confessed woody convert. Although I have never used one in a submission. Well done. |

lol, i thought about doing this :)
my only nag is that I think the POV should be a little lower and maybe a tighter crop, but it's still funny :D |

Heh! Pretty good interpretation. The "floating on the background" kinda thing keeps it simple, but loses depth. |

I don't care what the little guy says, that's a damn fine painting of a monkey! :D Nicely done! The black background adds the appropriate Roflmao-esque style! :) |
