cropped, rotated, saturation and contrast boosted, sharpness boosted also.

I think the people in the bottom might divide opinion but I like them there, gives an idea of scale.

Good subject, I suspect tighter cropping would help though.

I might've tried cropping out bushes and pedestrians, which draw attention away from the repeating rectangles.

I like the symmetry above and the white outlines but I find the pedestrians don't add to the shot. A slower shutter speed and blurred pedestrians might be a nice addition.

I understand about the shape of the car park building however IMHO the hedge and the people at the foot of the image takes away from the theme. As a suggestion I would have framed higher to omit the offending items form the pic. However the inclusion of the hedge and people may be deliberate.
