You know, usually, I always repeat what my favorite mentor always says: The most important piece of camera equipment a photographer will ever need is an alarm clock . . because normally, "after sunrise" sun makes for harsh lighting and detracts from a photo. However, in this case, the light and shadows, and even the high key look of the sky and the distant path -- it really looks great! It looks intentional, and like under sunrise conditions, it may not have the dramatic pop that this one does. Great job! for whatever I know :)

WOW!! I wish I lived somewhere that had AWESOME stuff like this to shot!!! WONDERFUL capture and amazing textures, I love the light and shadow in this so moody and introspective, incredible shot!!! |

Awesome leading line. I love the play of the shadows, creating a grid within a grid on the tiled walkway. The circular medallion in the forground adds a nice bit of curve. Wonderful level of tones. |
