 Used my brother as the model and shot in my kitchen with the kitchen light and a fluorescent desk lamp.

Used a 15sec exposure. Started with all lights on for about 2 seconds, turned all lights off as he sat up, then turned on only the desk lamp that was reflecting off the ceiling for about 2 seconds.

In PS, bumped up the levels and contrast, desaturated, adjusted curves, USM, resized and saved as JPG. Opened in Fireworks and Exported at 100% to drop the file size below 150K.

I have another version where I added some noise, but I wasn't sure how it would go over. I'll post it as an outtake after the challenge.

I like these shots, I have been trying to come up with the same ghost type style. I like playing with the shutter speeds, great shot.

i submitted a ghost shot like yours for a challenge once, and i know how tough it can be to get the perfect shot. you've done a fine job.

A good stong picture here. Can't make my mind up if I like the 'shadow' behind like you have it, or would it maybe have been better with him looking over the body??

It's good in B&W, even the crop, which for any other shot I would have said was too much, here it works well.
