I prefer this to the original. It looks like a giant sun which makes this picture so eye popping. Curious how you did the post-processing. Stunning. |

Beautiful...works well in colour but for me the B&W has it by a mile. Have to say I really like the fact that the light is so predominant in the background and the trees have a wonderful windswept feel to them |

The black and white, with the extra boost in contrast, is really impressive. I probably would have tried to underplay the light and search for the gradient (which is more apparent in the color version), but I'm glad you've presented it this way. It's very effective. |

both shots have great emotive quality, the color version feels like a day at the beach coming to an end the other like a dark, foreboding storm on the way |

Those trees look like the have been beaten by the wind, the bright sky almost gives this a nuclear bomb feel to it! |

Oh, this is AWESOME!!!! It looks like a scene from a movie -- very powerful. I can almost hear the music as it pans to more great photography to whet our appetites for the show :) Really. This is beautiful work!
Oh. . .and I think the black and white, higher key is a tremendous improvement -- and that's saying alot because the color version is pretty cool too!
