| A little too dark for me in the lower parts of the photo and, since the title infers "wind rain and lightening", shouldn't we see some evidence of at least one part of it? Sorry... I hate being petty, but other than being a nice example of some architecture, the picture, to me, does not exemplify anything that should be here. (4) |

| I can see how this may fit the challenge, but in my eyes the sky is not the main element of this picture....if the building had been lower in the frame with more sky I think it would be stronger...5 for the above reasons |
