Interesting. This bridge looks like a near twin to the Main Street bridge in Fort Worth.

Just some minor detail differences, but I would not be surprised to find they were done by the same architect.

I see the rowers, I don't see their reflections

Like the perspective, but would like to see a closer crop.

I love the bridges. Your photo seems to be a little out of focus though.

lacks of sharpness, contrast is too high. reflections are not as strong as the title implies

First things first - it looks like the focus is "wrong" somehow, as the building in the middle of the shot looks oddly soft, as do the bridges. Maybe a bit more USM/sharpening would help? This is probably the biggest detractor from the shot.

Secondly, framing/composition - there's a huge amount of dead space in the foreground, which could easily have been cropped out. In fact, cropping a bit off the sky as well would have made this into a good semi-pano shot, as the bridges lead the eye nicely into the centre.

Finally, the colours - it's a very blue shot, so IMO you should either go with a blue duotone, or seriously boost the saturation of the other colours. Alternatively, this shot may work better in B&W, since the water gives a good contrast texture.

Hope that all helps!
