 This display of Christmas lights is really something to see. It's all done in the front yard of a wealthy family, who has some serious Christmas spirit. :) There is thousands of lights, including some on a ferris wheel, merry go round, and many toy soldiers which are all pictured.

Greetings from the CC. I actually know of this house from a friend who lives in Kelowna--lol. I think this was a hard topic to get a good shot for being the requirement was to shoot something ugly really. What I really like about your shot is that you found a creative take on it, I like the motion blur in the lights, it is very well done, and the recognizable figures in the foreground still demonstrate that is is Christmas vs. amusement park. I think your shot has great color and is very well exposed. for the most part I like your composition as well tho it would be nice if your foreground subjects could be grounded vs. cut off. A very decent job on a tough topic : ) well done and keep shooting!

I love the spinning objects. I do wish the foreground ornaments were more in focus, but this is still nice work. 9
