Lighting leaves something to be desired... I'd try to fill that shadow, and also lighten the whole thing a bit; it's a bit flat and grey.

Overall, underexposed and B&W conversion is a bit "flat".

I think the image is a bit too dark. It's flat and really needs that pop. She is a pretty girl and has great curves but needs the shadows and highlights to really bring her out of the image.
