After...Update:
The point is that Bill was looking into a very bright area (i.e. white SUV, white vinyl Siding, overall bright day...early afternoon.) In all candor, I expect intelligent people to remember the fact that observation of a problem is just as much science as the location of a solution.

Kind of a fun picture of a face - but the title doesn't work since the face is not in the sun like the back of the head and the shirt is... this seems too contrived.
