 The photo was taken in the morning light (Phoenix, Arizona - very bright), against the blue sky.

USM
Levels
resized
and then it got complicated - more USM seemed to create a halo. Tried Neat Image but that make it look plasticky. I know it's a bit fuzzy and a bit noisy, but decided to go with it anyway. Added side border for drama.

PS - I might have done some more editing, but I can't remember now.

love the simplicity of this image ... the dramatic and intense blue is excellent .. love the way the silhouettes fade out into more detail at the top .. great use of border ... the title works so well for this image .. =8

I think this would have been better with a thin frame about 5 pix all around

I really like the composition and perspective of this. More DoF would have brought this up a couple of points, I think, by making it shaper and mre crisp.
