Not very much focus on the city but the guy with the gun looks good. Serious look, I wouldn't make him mad! Good luck in the challenge.

interesting composition, I like the lighting, although the reflection of the soft box in the glasses takes away from the mood and makes it look set-up. To me the composition just doesn't quite pull together though - you have the man, the inside of building and the outside city but they just don;t connect very well

good try and technically excellent, (including the smoke)
