If anyone thinks that this image is out of focus, you need glasses. I took a tape measurer, and measured the distance from the light bulb to the back of the lens. I did this every time I moved the bulb, or the camera to make damn sure it was in focus.
RAW=Levels, WB, crop
PS= Tone Mapped, reduce, usm,save for web.
Tried a crap load of times, exactly 2 days, averaged five hours per day, and 349 shots later, before I got what I thought I was after.
Why so many shot you ask? Because I can I reply.
I had several lights to play with, including a hand held laser. Until I realized that simplicity was the mother of a great photo. Not that this is a great image, but, the common denominator to a great image is simplicity.
Had a Circ. Pola. on the lens. |
