 I like this because of the detail my Sigma 105MM macro lens captured. I also like how my wife decorated our mantel for this holiday season. I hope it appeals to you, too.

Shot in natural sunlight through a sky window in our family room. I used the clone tool in PS7 to remove some Christmas light wires and a few dust spots. Afterward I applied some manual leveling and USM.

this would have more impact for me without the distracting reflection in the mirror. Also, I"m not particularly fond of the cropping.

Interesting composition but the mirrored book shelves are a distraction from a grand shot,
