 This photo was taken on my trip to Harpers Ferry West Virginia. I was very interesting because apparently the had the entire firehouse taken down, brick by brick, and reassembled for display in Chicago, where it stayed for many years.

It was then discovered again and payed to have it returned to it's original location in Harpers Ferry again, taken down and built back up again, brick by brick.

Simple photo with Slective Desaturation and colored in the bricks only.

the subject is interesting, but the composition isn't very compelling. maybe a different angle or perspective, or just focusing on part of the firehouse would add some interest.

This is a very pretty building and I like the lighting on it a lot - good use of shadows. but I am not a fan of the choice to go selective desat. I think this would really been nice in either b/w or in color.

Would have been better if you had cropped in closer and gotten rid of the trees.
