 A new tract of homes is being developed in the area, and palm trees are being planted as part of the landscaping. Moving them successfully requires trimming and binding the fronds. When I saw them this afternoon, I thought of the pain and discomfort we often encounter on the way to reaching our goals.

I'm glad I shot this in RAW format; adjusting the color balance was a lot easier in the conversion tool than it would have been to fix it later.

Usually with a poster there is some connection with the photo and the phrase. I do not see that here.

I realise the shot is a silouette, but I can't quite make out what I'm looking at. If poss I'd prefer a little more detail in the ground at the bottom (maybe achieved using levels?). Otherwise, very nicely done.

Nice sillueted composition. The font is kind of boring though. The top line should be a bit bolder and the bottom text a bit smaller for nice visual. Photo is nice.
