Taken at Connecticut Rivers Council Scout Show 2007 in Hebron CT.
These two reenactors were awesome - completely in character, completely free with providing information about life in days gone by, and completely drenched from wearing full wool uniforms on a day where at 8am it had already creeped over 80 degrees. They were at the scout show to help start the festivities by firing their muskets during the singing of the National Anthem to open to th 2007 CT Rivers Scout Show. I only had my 2MP P&S with a stinky view finder that doesn't match up well with the image. It is more cropped than I think will do well, but it is the image I have and so it goes.

Peter this had been an image that I had liked in the challenge but just lacked the pop to make it a stop you in your tracks shot. Know that I know that you didnt have your 'proper' kit with you I understand why
Still made for a cool 'different' image in the challenge though

Nice period shot but the PP is a little weak looking with no proper blacks. |
