 The two 5D's with 85mm 1.2L lenses on Bogen tripods with horizontal speed grips. Our main camera\lens combo.

Shot with the 20D with the EF 24-70 2.8L.

Didn't realize that my daughter had set the camera on small jpeg for her Ebay shots. I have no idea what the color in the glass is from. Shot this in the garage, so it could be anything. Lighting was 2 AB800's with umbrellas.

I gave this a 6... which is not too shabby. I thought the lighting was very well done. My favorite part was the color in the glass. :) I think this is great technically, but does lack an excitement factor.

The image here clearly meets challenge and is well photographed. The issue I see is that I don't see much beyond that. What is the story? Why would someone want to look at the photo more than for the 5 or 10 seconds they normally take to vote? It just doesn't have anything to keep interest.

I gave it a 6 during voting - which is a passing grade.

Personally, I didn't vote on this challenge but would probably have given this image a 5 if I did. The composition and focus are well done but the subject matter is not overly interesting to me. The lighting seems rather flat to me. Perhaps some different lighting that would spotlight the cameras more and add more depth to the shot would make a difference. :)

Why so low? I simply hate images of cameras. So introspective really. But that's my personal hangup. I voted this a 3 and stick by it. Apart from the dislike of cameras as subject matter, I think the overall image requires too much work from the viewer to be interesting. Well you did ask why? :)

The reflections in the lenses make the shot - good attention to detail. I think I would have liked an even tighter compostion of the cameras and leave out the "cannon digital" straps.

Hmmm...would have been better with Nikon cameras lol Just kidding, sorta. But still jealous cause you have lots more camera equip than i do. The color in the camera lenses make this shot interesting.
