 Thanks for the great comments on my other version of this. Funny how you can look so hard at something during processing, and miss a glaring distraction like a hair.

Thanks to citymars for pointing that out.

To answer the question of how was this done: I arranged the seaglass on a piece of clear glass and photographed from below with the sky as the BG. Was hoping for a shot with clouds, but the sky did not co-operate.

beautiful texture and color. I like the blue sky. It makes me think about how it was taken. If there were clouds, it would take away the floating feeling. The lighting is perfect.

Nice idea... I like the space between where the sky shows through. My only nitpick (I didn't get to see the hair on the last one) is that the pieces seem to be more spread out on the left, but closer or touching on the right. Nice array of shapes and colors too.

Looks perfect now. So that is the sky, nice idea. The sea glass really does look like it is floating. Nice abstract.
