 Sad memories here. The little girl is named after her grandmother who is the lady on the gravestone. The man buried next to her wuold be the girl's great grandfather.

Though she doesn't understand as both of these people were buried before she was born, it's a lesson we all must learn some day, and with her great grandmother very ill at the moment, she may learn it soon.

Only a couple of weeks after this picture was taking, the woman on the right died as well. Now there is another person who she'll never get to know.

This image is very touching, I do not know these people but I am getting a lump in my throat. Not only is the subject perfect, the technicals (DOF. focus, composition, exposure) are all perfect. This is a photo you should be very proud of.
