What a PITA this turned out to be! I don't have a remote for the camera so I had to manually hold down the shutter button with one hand whle manipulating a flashlight and laser pointer with the other. This ain't perfect but it's the best I've got. I clearly need stabilization built in to my laser pointers :-))) My stars came out as blobs!
PP - converted from RAW, increased gamma and contrast, cloned out aluminum foil peeking out from box, burnt background to clean it up a bit, cloned one red blob, resized, sharpened, cloned out hotspots and small stray streaks of light, cleaned up box edge around opening
***Post-challenge: I stupidly forgot this was a Basic challenge and cheerfully used Advanced editing. Live and learn! |
