 I was at this location the day before I took this shot. It was a very good day that produced some nice images. I went back for a second day to photograph for this contest. I have been fixated on moving water for many years, I photographed for two hours and walked away with one good image. The corker is that my camera misfired and took this photo by mistake.

I used Photoshop Elements for processing, auto levels, adjusted the brightness and played with the focus. Pretty easy for an image that really says what I want it to say.

This is a nice idea, but I think you need to have the boards align with the bottom frame and have you focus on the water with a very fast shutter speed to convey the turbulence (or a slow one for the opposite different mood).
