| The eyes should ALWAYS be the element of the shot which is in focus, here it's the hair nearest the camera. As a rule, try to get people looking INTO negative space. Here, everything left of the eyes really serves no purpose in the photo. |

| IMO, needs deeper DoF to get the nose more in focus. Good head shot. |
