took a few snaps of this guy before he came over to chat! He had quite an interesting story. He claims he was a professional photographer when he was younger. He says he had a photo on the cover of Vogue and Seventeen! He told me all about his film camera days, and we had quite the conversation. He reminisced a bit, then moved on to more current events in his life, like his jobs, his mom and dad (he passed away recently), and buying cigarettes for the local boys. We sat there and talked for about 30 minutes before he excused himself to go on about his business.

PP - rotate slightly to level. crop. curves layer to brighten. draganizer action. selective color layer, various burning just a touch. USM at large radius, resize, USM at small radius. added border.

nice composition. I like how the yellow jacket stands out from the rest of the picture

I am not sure I like the color in this, i think it may have been better B&W... I like the positioning of the subject..

Lovely example of a grizzled old man'. There are plenty of these in this challenge, but the excellent sharpness and the lovely understated colouring makes this one of the better ones

Nice angle but some processing haloing around the man. 7

I find the processing fake-looking and distracting. It's a matter of taste, I know.

This is a very emotive photograph. Well done.

Like the colours - Maybe just a tad over PP'd - You can see it round his head which is distracting.

Old kindly wrinkly faces are always a winner with candids. This has been too overprocessed though, there's a distinct halo around the face. I don't tend to like photos where the crop runs through a joint such as the ankle. Could be cropped a little tighter on the right of the frame.
