 Loved the light that was falling on this guy, morning sun on his left and the sun reflected off the windows from the building on his right.

Very basic editing

I can't believe you got under 6 on this. I saw this in my last voting stages and was in a hurry or I would have left a comment. This is an exceptional photograph and clearly very misunderstood and very underrated. The atmosphere you captured is wonderful and moving. The image quality is fantastic. Colors, composition - all are superb. Stupid Voters.

Edit - in fact - to underscore my point, I'm adding this to my favs.

love this photograph nick ... a fantastic candid capture .. love your processing, love the shot ... it is just plain excellent .. i especially love the way the image is broken up with the white of the van and the black where your man is standing .. the red bag, the guys skin, the way his suit sort'v merges with the background, the way the vans wheel and tyre are nearly indistinct .. the way the back door of the van and a shadow on the footpath create a great frame for the man .. this is a total WOW .. wot on earth can the voters be thinking .. this is so much better than my entry ... this score shits me .. :):) ..

The side of the truck is too bright and it draws my attention away from the man. I like this a lot though.

Simply Stunning - I'm at 18% now and this is my favourite image so far. The truck is very white and dominant, but it's not blown out. Just love the redness of the bags in the composition.

I think I would have cropped the white out completely. It adds nothing to the image and draws the eye away from the subject, which is beautifully lit and shows the title off very well.
