He strikes me by his pose as being somewhat confused and perhaps a bit overwhelmed - so much is done, yet so much more to do!

If he had been actually working with the brick instead of just standing there (or walking away from you) it would have made this shot a lot more interesting.

Good candid although for some reason it lacks a real wow factor to draw the viewer in. Well executed though

It's a candid but without the person working on the wall or something, it doesn't have much holding power as an image.

There's maybe a bit too much going on in this photo - it's hard to tell what the subject is.

Hard to get any sort of connection with the subject in this which I feel is an important part of a candid shot. Nice title, though. :)
