Looking absolutely fed up.
My camera was set at 1/30th sec, so she was absolutely stationary....

I really like this shot and feel there is much more of a story here than some of the other commenters. To me it doesn't seem like boredom, rather something much more complicated than that. Well done.

One of those is it a set up shot or not image (Im voting as if it was not) super sharp image and an excellent capture that really makes you want to know more about the subject

Nice capture - Like this a lot. Wish there was a bit more punch to your black and white conversion though. No real blacks.

She looks like she's had kind of a bad day. Very nicely composed and good control of DOF to isolate your subject. Great light, too.

It seems to need a slight rotation (CCW) to straighten the horizon. But then again, the glass and bottle may appear tilted if rotated. Either way, it's a very nice, emotive composition.

One of the main marks of good photography (IMO) is that it captures something unusual that you don't see everyday. You'll find that photos which meet this criteria usually do well on DPC. A bored person is the antithesis of this approach. This photo doesn't tell much of a story.
