man thats pretty high key. I think i would like the people to be more of the focal point for it to be a candid to me.

almost seems like a scene rather than a candid as you are so far away from the people on either boat. the composition is ok except for the competing boats on the R, and the processing takes some getting use to

I like the composition, and the bw, but there ar esome funky things going on in and amongst the picture. Noise reduction, maybe?

No doubt a lot of people will be telling you that this is not really a candid but I quite like it as something different.. Seem to be some strange noise artifacts on the picture, was there any minor smudges on the lens?

Like the sharpness but there seems to be some weird PP going on in the sea at the back?

Wow, great shot. I really like what you did with it. I'm just not completly sold on it being a 'candid'. However, todays your lucky day and I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. :-) Once the voting is done, I'd love to learn how you did the editing.

Definitely something different from the crowd. This has an almost old time feel that I like, and I personally don't mind the white sky... although something dramatic like a storm would be nice, it is candid after all.
