Misted the bottle to get the ever-popular water drops. Did this in my light tent with the light coming in from the right side.

I'm trying to find something that does well around here. It's killing me that I find things that I think will score well, and then score under a 5.

Opened in RAW, crop, curves, color balance, USM, resize, NI, added border, save for web.

Here's the setup:

It's a bottle of water... and a blue background. Although it meets the challenge, I don't find it interesting in any way. Did you find something interesting about the texture? The shapes in the bottle? Is there a story to it? A strong emotion? To me, it looks like the photographer just saw a bottle of water. The composition doesn't feel well balanced, and why have the negative space at the top? The wrinkled background doesn't work for me. The lighting doesn't hit me with any impact, and the bottle isn't sharp. Any reason why your point of view is in line with the top of the bottle using a relatively wide-angle focal length?
Hope this helps!

Looks like your backdrop has some wrinkles in it but it's kinda hard to see them. Did you only use the 2 lights or was there more.

It looks like a good set up but the subject is bare and missing something. No pun intended.

it looks like the focus could be sharper, but nice colors

composition is good ... wish you'd ironed your bg before shooting ... wrinkles are a bit distracting ...

Nice lighting. It feels a little unbalanced to me (the composition), maybe a little more negative space on top.
