I really like this image but was struggling with if it was good for Negative Space III. To me, a repetitive pattern that stays consistent and does not distract from the subject can be negative space. However, I am not sure if others will agree. And even if they do, I don't know if they will think the fence is a distraction. I have kinda gone back and forth on that one myself. I decided it didn't distract from the subject and to submit it. I have another image that I know will work and that I think is a good image, but I just think this image is better. I even studied the past N.S. challenges and found images there that had textured negative space and none seemed punished for it. I hope this is well received as well.
