Hi greetings from the CC. Here' s my thoughts. I think for motion blur to to acceptable every other part of the shot should be crystal clear and sharp, this image is blurred in the other parts as well. I think the subject of your shot may also lack interest for many people, IMO it does not have much emotional umph to it, unless perhaps the viewer enjoys playing the guitar also. The ring is a distraction IMO to the movement that is happening, and there is a yellowish section just above that that I can not determine what it is, overexposure maybe? I think you did manage to show movement and action tho. I would like to see it redone with the guitar very sharp and the hand only blurred.
keep shooting

Frets not quite still enough, hand a bit too blurry. I like it, though. |

good idea capturing the hand movement. looks like the guitar moved a bit though, so it is a little blurry |

Nice closeup and use of blur to show motion and create a sense of action. The bright swirl of light across the fingers may have been intended to have the same effect, but IMHO it is a distraction. |

Like the strong motion in this one and the glare from the ring: it allows to realize the upward and downward motion.
However, I do think the hand is a little too red for my taste. |

The hand movement is well captured here.
I'd like to see all the parts of the guitar in focus |

Maybe need to brace the guitar so only the hand and strings are in motion? I wanted to do this, but couldn't do it as well as you did. |

Could be my eyes but the guitar looks soft. Like the movement in the hand and the composition |
