 This is a gold medal, from a sporting event. (See the blue ribbon below the gold). The other object is some magnetic rocks, which are attached to the medal.

Guess: Going out on a limb here, but guessing a magnetic stone bracelet of some type, attached to a trophy base - possibly inverted?

Looks like a vase or other piece of glass. My favourite part of this photo is the top. The glass is nice and sharp and clear. The rest of the photo isn't so clear and I find the blue and white background right in the middle a distraction.
