This is a pulley on one of my robots I work with at work. PMET is the acronym which describes the overall robot.
While I was working, the evening sun was coming full force in the window, reflecting off white plastic we have on the table, and made some nice shading on this pulley. So I snapped a shot of it real quick.
Original photo wasn't tilted, I rotated and cropped that in. I also turned it to B&W because it doesn't really have any color content, other than artifacts. The brushed metal caused a lot of highlights, so the despeckle filter removed that. Other than that, just the typical RAW conversion, curves, USM, etc.
Taken with reversed Nikkor-H 50mm F/2, handheld. |
