The dark ring is distracting (IMO) from the simple lines of the photo. Nice capture.

the jewelry distracts; this photo doesn't work for me, it looks like her wedding day...but I can't figure what you're trying to tell the viewer

Very interesting idea. I can't decide whether or not I like the big black ring or the tulle or chiffon...(or whatever that gauzy fabric is).

I think this would have worked much better without the jewelry, particularly the ring on her right hand. I like the minimalist approach and the lighting is spot on.
